bitter fuck - joji
I went to Djakarta Warehouse Project, having pushed my finals to be earlier so I could rush home to see Joji in person. I stood in front of the stage 2 ½ hours early when it was still empty to ensure I got a good spot to see him. My heart was beating so hard when Don Krez introduced him and he came out. It was amazing seeing him only a few feet away from me. I was on a high, and I managed to throw at him the beanie I made for him, and he caught it and waved it around. I enjoyed the rest of the concert, jumping to Don Krez, Higher Brothers, Keith Ape, and Rich Chigga. As I was watching Desiigner’s performance, I spotted him from the corner of my eye also watching with Don Krez and the higher brothers. I sprinted over to the VIP section where I managed to get a signature from him, a smile (bless I almost died when he smiled at me) and a selfie with him, albeit blurry. I’ve never been lucky in meeting my favorite artists, but that day my life changed. It was honestly amazing. I’ve already bought tickets again to go see him again in LA with the other amazing artists. I can’t wait.
